Dear Oxford High School Parents/Guardians,

We welcome you and your OHS student(s) to join us for a Safety and Security presentation in the Performing Arts Center at Oxford High School next Monday, August 22 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm. Providing a safe and secure learning environment is paramount for teachers to deliver and students to engage in a challenging education that allows our students to reach their maximum potential. Demonstrations and explanations of our following safety layers will be shared:

• Evolv kiosks
• ZeroEyes software
• Digital ID card readers
• ESS armed security guards
• School Resource Officers
• Mass notification system
• Go Guardian software
• Gaggle software
• District threat assessment and communication protocols
• Weapons detection dog Daisy (arriving in the district this September)
• OK2SAY
