Local Scholarship due dates have passed for the 2019-2020 School Year.  Please return in late December for the 2020-2021 Scholarship Season to begin.

Addison Township Firefighter's Association Scholarship Grant
Due Date: April 10, 2020

The Addison Township Firefighter’s Association has established a scholarship grant program.  Awards will be made to Oxford High School graduates who will be studying fire science or related field in fire service, emergency medical service, or emergency management. to assist in paying tuition at a two year or four year accredited college or university.

Lewis Wilson Music Scholarship

The Lewis Wilson Music Scholarship is an annual $1000 award for a graduating Oxford High School student who plans to pursue a college education with a major or minor in music.

Lone Ranger (The)
Due Date: March 15, 2020 extended until March 27, 2020

The Lone Ranger Scholarship will be awarded to any OHS graduating senior who is a resident of the Oxford Area Community Schools District.

Lusk Albertson - Postponed until 2020-2021 School Year
Due Date: Typically April

Any Senior from a district that is served by the Lusk Albertson law firm.  Oxford qualifies for this scholarship.

Michigan Retired School Personnel - North Oakland Chapter
Due Date: Typically Mid April

Awarded to students exhibiting a grade point average between 2.0 and 3.4 and exhibiting outstanding character.

Oakland Career & Technical Educator's Association
Due Date: March 28th, 2020

Oakland County Graduation senior who has participated in a State Approved Career & Technical Education Program.  Students must have a 2.0 or greater GPA.

Oakland Community College Chancellor's Scholarship
Due Date: May 1, 2020

The Chancellor's Scholarships are awarded to one student from each public or private Oakland County high school and one student from each qualified Adult Education/Alternative Education center.

Due Date: March 12, 2020

Graduation seniors who will pursue a four-year degree in college, apprenticeship or trade school and have maintained a 2.0 GPA.

Orion Art Center - Joan Brace Scholarship Competition

Due Date: Typically Mid April  (Artwork and Application must be delivered to the Orion Library.)

For graduating students of the class of 2015 from school districts surrounding the Orion Art Center and intending to major in the visual arts at an accredited college.

Orion/Oxford Soccer League Scholarship
Due Date: April 1, 2020

Eligible senior must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 and must have played soccer for Oxford High School a minimum of two seasons.

OSTC - Tom Cain Memorial Scholarship
Due Date: March 6, 2020

The Tom Cain Memorial is offered to applicants who attended one of the Oakland Schools Technical Campuses during the 2017-2018 academic year. This scholarship is not based solely on grade point average, but rather evaluated on a number of other factors, (essay, recommendations, financial status).

This scholarship is presented to an Oxford High School Senior who intends to major in the field of Education and who is in good academic standing and on track to graduate.

Oxford Junior Wildcats (OJW) College Scholarship - Football Player or Cheerleader
Due Date: April 10, 2020

This scholarship is given to an Oxford High School senior who participated in the OJW cheerleading program or , is involved in community service, possesses leadership skills and has had strong academic success.

Oxford Lions Club Randy Monreau Scholarship
Due Date: April 3, 2020

Graduating senior residing within the boundaries of Oxford Community Schools, carrying a 2.0 or better GPA, intending to enter a two or four-year college, university or trade school, whom participated in community service.

Oxford Rotary Club
Due Date: April 17, 2020

Graduating senior who resides within the boundaries of Oxford Community Schools who is involved in Community Service.  The Oxford Rotary offers two $500 scholarships.

Due Date: March 19, 2020 extended to April 13, 2020
This scholarship is for graduating seniors who are Oxford residents, attend Oxford school and are planning on continuing their education by either attending college or a trade school.

Pay It Forward Scholarship
Due Date: April 24, 2020

This local scholarship was founded in the honor and memory of former Oxford High Student Megan Abbott. The recipient of this award will show the following qualities among others: positive attitude, concern for classmates, respect of others, good citizenship, and friendship.

Pioneer State Mutual & Community Insurance Merit Scholarship
Due Date: April 24, 2020

Oxford High School senior who is pursuing a baccalaureate in a business/management or insurance related field and has been accepted to an accredited college or university.
