The ACLU National Advocacy Institute's High School Program will bring together a diverse group of high school students (ages 15-18) from across the United States to participate in a week-long, firsthand learning experience for the next generation of social justice advocates.

The Living Arts Summer Residential Lab (LASRL) is a 2-weekinterdisciplinary summer program for rising sophomore, junior and senior high school students. In collaboration with the Carr Center in Detroit, participants will learn various approaches to creative process in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Explore the connections between disciplines and find out how each can compliment the other. LASRL participants will work on themed projects in interdisciplinary teams, with access to 3D printers, music studios and editing labs, photography and film making equipment, museum tours and guest presenters in the visual and performing arts. Regardless of area of interest, students are sure to find the skills obtained in this summer program useful to their future endeavors.

Sea Scholar
The SEA SCHOLAR program is an exciting STEM-based learning experience offered aboard the tall ship Appledore V as she makes the voyage from Key West, Florida to Bay City, Michigan.
SEA SCHOLAR is available to high school juniors at the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key and continue up the eastern coast of the United States with scheduled stops at the University of North Carolina Marine Research Facility in Beaufort, North Carolina; the New York Harbor School in New York City; and Niagara Falls, New York.
