Oxford Gives Back is just a one day away and we are still looking for site leaders and volunteers for April 23 and April 24. Our Oxford Schools Early College students and staff have been working hard to organize this annual event and are looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend - especially with the great weather ahead!
Site leaders can be any adult over 18 years old. You are responsible for coming to the check in center 30 minutes prior to start of the assigned shift and picking up materials (home guide which details work to be done, tools, lawn waste bags, gloves, t-shirt, etc.) for the home and volunteers. You then need to help and supervise volunteers at the home site during the assigned shift and then bring materials back to the check in center after your shift.
Volunteers can be any age! You can report directly to your assigned property (be on time). Your site leader will bring all the materials you need. Be sure to stop by the check in center either before or after your shift though to grab your complimentary t-shirt and snack bag.
