Oxford Community Schools students needing to file a permit:
1) Please open the fillable state form that pertains to you:
Work Permit Under 16 or Work Permit ages 16 -17.
2) Please fill out Section 1
3) Take the form to your employer/potential employer (They need to fill out Section II)
4) E-mail the form to R[email protected]
During Summer Break June 24th through August 7th please email Nicole Welsh ([email protected]).
5) The school will fill out Section III and e-mail the form back to your student e-mail
*Work permits can be dropped off for signature at Oxford High School (745 N. Oxford Rd.)during the summer from June 24th to August 7th form can be brought the OHS for signatures between 9am and 2pm.
