Oxford Community Schools has released a new 2026 annual community report, Portrait of Progress, which was mailed to Oxford households and began arriving late last week and this week. If you haven't had the chance to check it out yet, you can view it online here!
The annual update provides residents, families, and staff with a clear snapshot of the district’s work, priorities, and stewardship of public resources. The publication outlines progress connected to the district’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan while highlighting key data points, financial information, and program updates.
This report includes:
A District at a Glance overview, including enrollment, staffing, academic offerings, and student achievement data
An update on the Portrait of a Graduate revision process
A breakdown of revenues and expenditures for fiscal year 2025
Information on debt refinancing and debt reduction efforts that generated savings for taxpayers
Updates on facilities improvements and safety investments
Details about the new countywide Autism Spectrum Disorder Center-Based Program coming to the Oxford Education and Innovation Campus in partnership with Oakland Schools
Opportunities for community engagement, including the Citizen School Finance Group and free Community Threat Assessment Training.
Superintendent Dr. Tonya Milligan shares in the report that the district’s work remains grounded in its vision: Empowering Learners. Building Community. Inspiring Futures.
