I have been a high school resource room teacher since 2015, supporting in English 9,10, and 12 primarily, as well as in Geometry and entry level Physics. Over the past three years, I have also taught Avondale High School’s Leadership class; empowering students to empathize and support one another to develop district-wide assemblies, Homecoming, fundraising weeks, and an annual spring carnival. My goal is to push students to see their maximum personal best and feel success in the classroom. I believe all students can learn to overcome obstacles and preserve to achieve their academic and future driven goals. I am originally from Novi, MI and have lived in Michigan my entire life, but I love to travel with family and friends in my spare time! Additionally, my Italian and Ukrainian roots have inspired me to love cooking and explore all different kinds of flavors, ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes!
